Bite of Amsterdam brings restaurants, chefs and food stands to the green Amstelpark for a summer weekend of grazing. It is a festival for wandering from stand to stand with a glass in hand, trying small dishes from places you have been meaning to book for months.
The park setting makes it far more relaxed than a crowded city-centre event, and long June evenings help.
