Amsterdam is the biggest cocoa port in the world, so it makes sense that it hosts one of Europe’s best chocolate festivals. The Chocolate Festival, the public part of Chocoa, brings bean-to-bar makers, chocolatiers and cocoa growers to the grand Beurs van Berlage on the Damrak.
You can taste your way from single-origin bars to pralines and hot chocolate, and learn a fair bit about where your chocolate comes from along the way.
