If you live around Haarlem, this is the comic con on your doorstep. Comic Con Holland fills Expo Greater Amsterdam in Vijfhuizen with film and TV guests (Karl Urban and Lana Parrilla are among the names announced), a huge geek market, cosplay competitions, gaming zones and workshops.
It is smaller and more relaxed than the Utrecht giant, which makes it a good first con if you are bringing kids or are new to the whole thing. Dressing up is rewarded: cosplayers get cheaper tickets.
- When: Saturday 10 October 2026, 10:00 to 19:00, and Sunday 11 October 2026, 10:00 to 17:00
- Where: Expo Greater Amsterdam, Stelling 1, Vijfhuizen
- Tickets: Day tickets from €27.99, cosplay tickets from €23.99, weekend from €49.99. Children under 11 go free. Photo and autograph sessions are extra
- Getting there: Buses run from Haarlem station towards Vijfhuizen; plan your route on 9292.nl. There is parking on site if you drive
Good to know: Tickets are not name bound, and the Geek Deluxe package gets you in at 09:00 both days.
