If you have discovered the Dutch love of a long bike ride or a good walk, the Fiets en Wandelbeurs is your fair. It is all about active holidays: cycling and hiking routes, tour operators, gear, maps and talks from people who have ridden or walked just about everywhere.
It is a good place to plan a first long-distance route in the Netherlands, or to find a walking holiday in the Alps or a cycling trip along the Rhine. The same weekend there is also an e-bike event at the Jaarbeurs.
- When: Friday 12 and Saturday 13 February 2027, 10:00 to 17:00, and Sunday 14 February 2027, 10:00 to 15:00
- Where: Jaarbeurs, Jaarbeursplein 6, Utrecht
- Tickets: on sale from mid-November; check the official site for prices
- Getting there: direct trains run from Amsterdam Centraal to Utrecht Centraal, and the Jaarbeurs is about a 10 minute walk from the station.
Good to know: ANWB members usually get a discount on entry, so check before you buy.
