Where does our fascination with the bull come from? The Mauritshuis, home to Paulus Potter’s famous life-size painting The Bull, explores that question in a spring exhibition about the bull across the arts.
It promises a journey through history and art, and it is an easy add-on to seeing Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring and the rest of this jewel box of a museum. Full details of the works on show had not been published when we checked, so keep an eye on the museum website.
